On the occasion of Dol and Holi, the North-South Metro will operate with reduced service. However, the Joka-Taratla Metro service will remain closed on both days. On the day of Dol, the North-South Metro service will commence at 2:30 pm, with a total of 60 trains running in both directions.
Of these, 58 trains will operate between Kavi Subhash and Dakshineswar stations. The East-West Metro will run 22 trains, with a frequency of half an hour, between 3 pm and 8:20 pm on that day. The following day, on Holi, the North-South Metro will operate with 188 trains, out of which 164 trains will run between Kavi Subhash and Dakshineswar.
The first train will depart at 6:50 am as per the regular schedule, and the last train will depart at its usual time. In contrast, the East-West Metro will run 90 trains instead of the usual 106 trains. However, the first and last train of the day will depart as per the regular schedule.
